Java Engineer

We're looking for a motivated Java Software Engineer to join our backend team and help shape the future of workforce management with AI and machine learning.

What You'll Be Working On

 

• Building and enhancing integrations to accelerate client onboarding and data flow

• Developing scalable backend features that support AI/ML-driven workforce optimization

• Improving infrastructure monitoring and automating key processes

• Collaborating with frontend and infrastructure teams to design and ship new features

• Occasionally working with client IT teams to ensure smooth integration and support

 
Who We're Looking For

​

• 3–5 years of professional Java development experience (Spring/REST API/Pub/Sub messaging preferred)

• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to feedback and improvements

• Solid communication skills: you can work with customers' IT teams when needed

• Interest in algorithms, AI, or machine learning is a strong plus

• A collaborative mindset: you thrive working with product owners and frontend/infrastructure developers
